Samsung Galaxy S3/ 2009-10

Galaxy S3 needed a home experience that made customization and navigation feel natural on a larger touch screen. Users had to reorganize apps and widgets quickly while scrolling through content with minimal friction.

I introduced a home screen edit mode for tap-and-drag reorganization and a touch-sensitive parallax navigation system for smoother scrolling. Both features were tuned for responsive touch detection and clearer spatial feedback on the home screen.

Together, these updates created a more user-friendly interface that simplified everyday navigation and helped establish Galaxy S3 as a benchmark for Samsung's touch-first mobile experience.
