At the heart of our team lies a deep fascination with the magic that happens when art meets technology. Drawing from this energy, we're ecstatic to announce our partnership with the Telfair Children's Art Museum. Together, we're on a mission to breathe new life into the enchanting world of Impressionism by introducing it through the lens of digital innovation. Our goal? To revamp timeless art movements into interactive digital experiences, making them relatable and engaging for the museum's young audience. Stick around as we embark on this journey, breathing a contemporary spirit into art movements of the past.
The power of visual storytelling has always been central to human history. Artistic expressions not only enthrall but convey profound intentions. For instance, in 1923, Kandinsky associated specific basic shapes with primary colors: the vibrant triangle with yellow, the steadfast square with red, and the tranquil circle with blue. While this once universal association has evolved, today, these shapes and colors have taken on a myriad of meanings, adapting to our ever-changing cultural landscape.
Enter the revamped brand identity of the Telfair Children’s Art Museum (CAM). It's a delightful mix of playful modernism and inviting elegance, thoughtfully crafted to resonate with children and families alike. During its design phase, we aimed to encapsulate the museum's goals—especially around visitor engagement—and present a children's art museum that's both contemporary and uniquely adaptable.
One standout feature of the CAM brand is its focus on early art education. We've leveraged geometric shapes and color mixing, overlaying these elements to craft a distinctive look. Furthermore, we've employed segmented forms in sets of three, subtly nodding to the rich history of the Telfair Museums campus which includes the Telfair Academy, Owens-Thomas House, and Jepson Center.
In wrapping up, we firmly believe that our deliberate and introspective approach to CAM’s design isn't just aesthetic—it's transformative. We hope it sparks a sense of curiosity and drive in the young minds, urging them to delve deeper into their artistic pursuits.
